Welcome to Rudra Tours. By booking a cab, tour package, airport transfer, or any transportation service with Rudra Tours, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. These terms govern the relationship between Rudra Tours and its customers for all services offered through our website, phone, WhatsApp, email, or other booking channels. These terms are modeled on common taxi-service booking practices used by Indian cab operators.

Booking Confirmation

  • All bookings are subject to vehicle availability.
  • A booking is considered confirmed only after confirmation is provided by Rudra Tours via call, SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
  • Customers must provide accurate pickup, drop, travel date, and contact information.

Rudra Tours reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings containing incorrect or misleading information

Fare & Pricing Policy

  • The quoted fare may include only the transportation charges unless specifically mentioned.

    The following charges may be extra:

    • Toll Charges
    • Parking Charges
    • State Entry Taxes
    • Permit Charges
    • Driver Allowance (for outstation trips)
    • Additional Waiting Charges
    • Attraction Entry Fees
    • Guide Charges

    Final fare will be communicated before trip confirmation. Customers are advised to verify all booking details before travel.

    • Bank Transfers

    For certain bookings, an advance payment may be required to confirm the reservation.

    The remaining balance must be paid before completion of the trip unless otherwise agreed.

Vehicle Allocation

  • Vehicles are allocated based on availability.
  • If the booked vehicle becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, Rudra Tours may provide a similar or upgraded vehicle without additional cost.
  • Vehicle images shown on the website are for illustration purposes only.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must:

    • Arrive at the pickup location on time.
    • Provide correct travel details.
    • Follow all traffic and safety regulations.
    • Ensure that luggage carried fits within the vehicle’s capacity.

    Customers must not:

    • Smoke inside the vehicle.
    • Consume alcohol or prohibited substances inside the vehicle.
    • Damage or misuse the vehicle.
    • Ask the driver to violate traffic laws or safety regulations.
    Any cleaning, repair, or damage charges caused by passengers shall be borne by the customer.

Driver & Passenger Safety

    • All passengers must follow safety guidelines during travel.
    • Seat belt usage is strongly recommended.
    • Drivers have the right to refuse unsafe, illegal, or inappropriate requests.

    Rudra Tours reserves the right to terminate a trip if passenger behavior threatens driver safety or vehicle security.

Outstation Travel Policy

    • Minimum daily kilometer limits may apply depending on vehicle category.
    • Driver night allowance may be applicable for overnight journeys.
    • Any route deviations requested by the customer may result in additional charges.
    • Actual distance traveled and trip duration will be considered for final billing when applicable.

. Cancellation Policy

    • Local & Airport Transfers

      • More than 6 hours before pickup: No cancellation charges.
      • Less than 6 hours before pickup: Up to 100% cancellation charges may apply.

      Outstation Trips

      • More than 48 hours before departure: No cancellation charges.
      • 24–48 hours before departure: 30% cancellation fee.
      • Less than 24 hours before departure: Up to 100% cancellation charges.
      Rudra Tours reserves the right to modify cancellation charges during peak seasons, holidays, or special events.

Refund Policy

  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.
  • Transaction charges imposed by payment gateways or banks may not be refundable.

Delays & Force Majeure

Rudra Tours shall not be held liable for delays caused by:

  • Traffic congestion
  • Road closures
  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Vehicle breakdowns beyond reasonable control
  • We operates certain vehicles on Compressed Natural Gas (CNG)
  • Strikes or public disturbances

While we strive for punctual service, travel times cannot be guaranteed under such circumstances.

Limitation of Liability

Rudra Tours shall not be liable for:

  • Missed flights, trains, or buses due to unforeseen delays.
  • Loss or damage of personal belongings.
  • Indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.

Customers are advised to keep valuables in their possession at all times.

Privacy

Customer information collected during booking is used solely for:

  • Reservation management
  • Customer support
  • Service updates
  • Legal compliance

Rudra Tours does not sell or share customer information with unauthorized third parties.

Amendments

Rudra Tours reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
